Most recently he served as GM/country head for Aptar, a US rigid plastic packaging company in charge for the whole P&L. He served as commercial director (BOD) with Amcor Flexibles. He also held senior sales roles with Avery Dennison, Sonoco and he initiated his professional career in frozen food production industries of repute like that of Sierad Produce (Belfoods) and San Miguel Purefoods
He has the unique ability to create, articulate and subsequently convert successful business strategy, identifying risks, new business opportunities and formulating subsequent innovative, cost effective solutions and transformational growth through streamlining functions
Reza was also an inventor who has 5 (five) patents worldwide. Reza's patents were related to a range of vacuum valve pack, flexible packaging and labels constructed by laminated PP woven, silicones and RFID tags. Some of his patents are now widely used in the famous mass retailers and prestigious corporations like M&S, WM, Pertamina, Minimal Brand etc
Reza has done his Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering from Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB)
